Midway University invites applications for Adjunct Faculty positions in the School of Business, Equine and Sport Management to teach in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Position Responsibilities:
Adjunct Faculty members are expected to:
  • Deliver high-quality instruction in face-to-face and online course formats.
  • Employ effective instructional strategies and techniques tailored to undergraduate or graduate teaching.
  • Engage students in research or professional experiences, as appropriate.
  • Participate in University activities that align with the institution's mission.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirements:
    • Master's degree in the discipline (or 18 graduate credit hours in the field) from an accredited institution.
    • A Ph.D. is required for teaching at the graduate level.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is required.
    • At least one year of teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in instructional methods and the ability to motivate and evaluate students effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
