Job Description
  • Assist with buyout, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, COs, and pay applications
  • Support schedule development, lookaheads, and coordination with field teams
  • Manage document control (drawings, specs, addenda) and track design changes
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, utilities, and site logistics
  • Participate in OAC and trade meetings; capture action items and drive followthrough
  • Support cost control, budget updates, and procurement tracking
  • Help manage punch lists and closeout to ensure clean turnover

The Successful Applicant
  • 2-5+ years of experience in commercial construction; retail (groundup & TI) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with sitework, foundations, core/shell, MEP coordination, and interior finishes
  • Proficient with project management software (RFIs, submittals, dashboards, logs)
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced, multiproject environments with repeat clients
