Join our talented team as a Baked Goods Artisan, where your skills will bring our delicious doughnuts and pastries to life! As a vital member of our bakery, you will prepare, bake, and fry a variety of sweet treats following our cherished recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow precise recipes to craft our delectable baked goods.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure quality.
• Prepare, cut, and fry doughnuts according to our high standards.
• Safely operate fryers, ovens, and other essential bakery equipment.
• Create dough, glazes, icings, fillings, and more to enhance our products.
• Store dough and finished doughnuts properly to maintain freshness.
• Adhere to portion controls and ingredient par levels.
• Understand and implement food allergy protocols and special orders.
• Record proper times and temperatures for all products prepared.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain a clean workspace.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist Management with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pastry production is preferred.
• A valid Clark County Health Card is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work under State and Federal guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Capable of bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Availability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.
• The kitchen may be hot and have occasional wet floors and sharp equipment.
• Must comply with uniform and hygiene policies.
