What You'll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and support staff
- Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Lead social skills groups and promote prosocial behavior
- Apply assent-based and trauma-informed practices in all service delivery

Who You Are:
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Passionate about ethical, person-centered ABA
- Comfortable supervising RBTs and collaborating with teams
- School-based or community-based experience preferred (not required)
