Compensation: $80,000-$115,000+ with bonus potential!

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfort working with families and providing in-home services

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and write progress reports. You will supervise and train Behavioral Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. Additionally, you will support families in managing challenging behaviors, conduct functional assessments, and monitor program effectiveness through data analysis.
