Total Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience and competency.

Hourly Compensation: $80 - $100

About Kids Club ABA: We are an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to supporting individuals with autism through a family-centered approach. Our experienced team collaborates closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to create customized behavior intervention plans. As a company, we prioritize internal growth and advancement.

We are looking for a committed and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism. We invite additional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) who share our values and passion for evidence-based interventions to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments
  • Train parents and staff effectively
  • Work collaboratively with team members, including other BCBAs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in professional development activities
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Take on leadership roles and additional responsibilities for professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field
  • BCBA certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
