Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data consistently to monitor client progress.
• Create clear and thorough session notes to document achievements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers to foster learning and skill development.

What You Bring:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various client locations.
