Position Purpose:
Our Customer Service Team Associates ensure 'Best in Class' service from the moment our guests walk in the door to the final delivery of their meal. Key responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, greeting and assisting customers, efficiently processing orders, suggesting menu items, and managing transactions professionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow team members and management to achieve operational goals while creating a positive work environment and upholding company standards.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly, engaging manner.
- Strive to constantly meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and procedures, including assembling various menu items, shredding chicken, and packing condiments.
- Efficiently process and assemble customer orders to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
Qualifications Education, Experience, License/Certifications:

Certifications:
Obtain the Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire, complying with EPL policy and state regulations.
Education/Work Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not mandatory.
