As a Customer Success Concierge at Coinbase, you will be the go-to expert for our products, delivering exceptional service and support to our most valued clients. Join a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for select high-value customers.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective management of stakeholders, tasks, and decisive prioritization.

  • Resolve requests by collaborating with teams of specialists to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Approach critical customer issues with an investigative mindset to identify root causes.

  • Advocate for customers across various teams to drive meaningful improvements.

  • Communicate clearly with both internal and external partners to align on solutions and achieve results.

  • Onboard new customers, helping them understand how to set up, secure, fund, and start using their accounts based on their individual goals.

  • Proactively monitor customer accounts for potential issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Introduce customers to new features and products that may benefit them.

  • Educate clients on available benefits, such as staking and Coinbase One.

  • Anticipate customer needs to simplify their experience, decrease friction, and build trust in Coinbase.

  • Provide multi-channel (phone, messaging, email) support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving trading-related issues for customers.

Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses (note: initial sponsorship for these licenses is not available).

  • Driven by Coinbase's mission to enhance customer experience and foster product adoption.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles within financial services in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong understanding of the financial services sector and securities trading.

  • Adaptable and flexible in response to the dynamic needs of a high-growth organization.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a passion for helping customers successfully navigate Coinbase products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 3, 4, 65, or 66 licenses.

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and familiarity with Coinbase products.

  • Experience with Google apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.

Pay Transparency Notice: Based on your work location, the target salary for this role ranges from $40.01 to $47.07 USD per hour. Full-time offers from Coinbase include eligibility for bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
