Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the taste, freshness, and presentation of doughnuts meet our high standards daily.
• Build strong relationships with doughnut creators, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
• Foster a mentorship culture while holding the team accountable for maintaining brand standards.
• Organize trays efficiently for delivery, with correct labeling and proper inventory management.
• Conduct product rotations and maintain meticulous logs for regular inspections and reporting.
• Approve orders with a verification process before they are distributed to shops.
• Support production by monitoring product needs and performing quality checks.
• Uphold cleanliness standards by ensuring work areas are thoroughly cleaned and logged for inspections.
• Regularly check team adherence to uniform and safety policies.
• Promote a safe working environment that complies with health department and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year in a quality control or similar role that emphasizes meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Jolt, JERA, or Restaurant365 is highly preferred.
• Able to analyze doughnut data (inventory, COGs) to enhance quality control strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible with work hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts.
• Must possess ServSafe Manager certification or be willing to obtain one, along with a valid Clark County Food Handler's Card.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
