POSITION SUMMARY

Join our team as an Energy Management Operator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our energy management systems operate efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Programming and monitoring energy management equipment to enhance operational efficiency and minimize peak demand costs.
• Leading and training the HVAC team on the operation and calibration of energy management tools.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and boiler controls.
• Performing daily water chemical tests and utility meter readings, logging adjustments as necessary.
• Conducting safety checks on all related equipment.

You will also be expected to:

• Follow company policies on safety and security, completing necessary training and certifications.
• Assist guests with professional service and foster positive working relationships with team members.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and placing heavy objects (over 50 pounds).
• Execute other reasonable duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent, or Technical/Trade School Degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• License or Certification: Material Handling Equipment Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Journeyman Certification (preferred).
