Job Description: Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out. Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service. Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor. Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift. Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift. Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests. Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies. Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass. Collect and remove trash and debris. Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing and sorting linen. Report, turn in and log all lost and found items. Clean upholstered furniture using the vacuum cleaner or brush. Perform detailed deep cleans when required using steam operated cleaner or shampooer.

Must be able to stand/walk/climb/bend up to 6-8 hours per day; Communicate in English and lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs. Experience Requirement: 6 Months experience in job or a related position required. Education Requirement: No Level of Education Required. Training or Certification Requirement: No Training Required. Special Requirements for the Job: Must be able to stand/walk/climb/bend up to 6-8 hours per day; Communicate in English and lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.

Job Location: Mile 17 UT -128, Moab, Utah 84532. Hours Per Week: 35. Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly. Days and Shifts: Following shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 6:30am - 3:00pm 8:00am -- 5:00pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $17.34 - $18.00 per hour (Based on merit and past experience with our company). Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $26.01 - $27.00 per hour. Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid Bi-weekly.

Optional shared or private room housing available with single, double, and quadruple occupancy options at $100 -- $150 biweekly with $450 deposit deducted from paychecks and $50 cleaning fee at checkout. Optional Deductions from Paycheck: Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law. Security Deposit $50 a paycheck until $450 is paid. Rent. Will require pre-hire criminal background check. References might be requested. Fringe Benefits: $4 staff meal, 20% off retail store, 50% off in-house dining, and 50% off immediate family room stay.

Disclosures: On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. We do not test for any physical requirements listed; we simply accept the applicant's word that they can do so. Visa Fees: The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Three-Fourths Guarantee: In accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(f); the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Inbound/Outbound Transportation: Transportation and subsistence costs from the place from which the worker has to travel, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment will be provided to he worker by check if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day and a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts, consistent with 20 CFR.20(j)(1)(i) and 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii). Tools: The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assign in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
