HR Resourcing Lead

As we both know, resourcing isn't as simple as just putting out an ad and waiting for responses; it's driving resourcing plans and successfully fulfilling resourcing requirements, through innovative and inclusive attraction and selection methods.
In short - it's a science!
If you have previous experience as a strategic resourcing advisor or lead, you probably already know what to expect: work with HR Business Partners and senior managers to understand workforce plans and resourcing demand forecasts in order to lead the planning and drive the delivery of resourcing strategies for a defined business area or role type.
You'll also work closely with the recruitment and wider HR team, to provide a seamless service to managers including resolving complex issues, reducing time to hire and creating a positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
The temporary role, starting 5 months, will involve agile/remote working. The small team at this local authority are all very supportive, and are always available via Microsoft Teams to offer any coaching or advice.
