The Loss Prevention Department is seeking a dedicated full-time Loss Prevention Specialist to protect our stores through covert surveillance and active prevention measures.

As an LP Specialist, your primary role is to conduct undercover surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters while actively deterring theft. This role is solely focused on undercover activities, with no responsibilities involving risk management, safety protocols, door greeting, alarms, audits, or inventory management.

Starting Wage: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete incident reports accurately.
• Review camera footage for evidence.
• Apprehend shoplifters in accordance with the law.
• Review BOLOs (Be On Look Out notices).
• Handle stressful and potentially dangerous situations with sound judgment.
• Build strong relationships with store management and local law enforcement.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• At least one year of previous undercover, floor walking loss prevention experience is required.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in your area.
• Strong communication skills.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record check.
• Background check required.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing and walking.

Compensation:

• Starting wage range: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour (Colorado-specific).
• Christmas bonus for employees on designated dates.
