As an IMCU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients facing serious health challenges such as diabetes, renal failure, and respiratory distress. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of each patient, collecting essential data like temperature, blood pressure, and pain levels, in alignment with facility protocols.
  • Implementing physician-prescribed treatments and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring the patient's needs are advocated for.
  • Preparing medical equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatment procedures.
