• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
• BLS/CPR Certification

• Manage client programming and provide supervision
• Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team
• Ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
• Support parent training and engagement.
