Join a fast-growing, design-led consumer healthcare company that is transforming access to outpatient care! Rainier Recruiting is seeking a talented Lifecycle Growth Marketing Manager to lead and expand programs that enhance activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.

This pivotal role involves the development and optimization of automated lifecycle initiatives over channels such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, and more.

About You: The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in lifecycle or CRM marketing, excels in analytical settings, and is eager to leverage data and experimentation to craft personalized, customer-centric experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, as well as collaboration across product, clinical, and marketing teams.

Location:

  • San Francisco, CA. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
  • Design, launch, and refine onboarding, nurture, education, retention, upsell, and winback programs.
  • Map key customer touchpoints throughout the clinical and product experience.
  • Continuously optimize lifecycle flows through segmentation, messaging, timing, and channel experimentation.
  • Utilize funnel, cohort, and lifetime value analysis to inform and optimize decision-making.
  • Establish strong CRM and marketing automation processes to ensure accurate data flows, triggers, and event tracking.
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and marketing teams to guarantee accurate, empathetic, and on-brand lifecycle messaging.
  • Create engaging and clear lifecycle communications that simplify complex concepts for customers.
  • Maintain high standards for deliverability, quality assurance, privacy, and compliance in all customer communications.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Own and enhance core lifecycle metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, conversion, repeat usage, and lifetime value.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience managing email, SMS, push, and/or in-app lifecycle programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting experiments and interpreting results.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Able to work collaboratively in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Experience in the healthcare or digital health sectors is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
