  • Administrative support of a fast-paced
    Sales organization
  • Ownership and management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and action items coming in worldwide to orders mailboxes
  • Upload purchase orders and create order tracker tickets within SFDC to begin workflow process for sales order processing
  • Build working relationships
    and provide cross-functional support to internal customers including Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Logistics,
  • Assist the inside sales team with
    support for purchase orders sent to the orders mailbox
  • Continuous process improvements in an effort to enhance the Customer/Partner experience
  • Ensure Maintenance and Support contracts
    are set up correctly in NetSuite and provide support notifications to Customers and Partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve order related issues
  • Special projects as required
Skills/Experience:
  • Detail oriented
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in Database Management Systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask in a team environment
Degree Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 2 years or preferably with work experience in sales operations/order management
