Job Description:

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing digital projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), proven experience in managing offshore teams, and exceptional planning and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in planning, with an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring project objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital projects, primarily focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Coordinate and manage the offshore development team, ensuring clear communication, seamless collaboration, and effective issue resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating meetings and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and challenges.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure meticulous planning and attention to detail in all project phases.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and / or budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Facilitate change management and ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing digital projects.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential.
• Experience in managing offshore teams is crucial.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and lead project teams.
• Experience as a program manager or in a similar leadership role is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with offshore tams is required
