Pool Attendant/Fitness Attendant

Esplanade Golf Club in beautiful Naples, Florida, is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pool/Fitness Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in hospitality.
• CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire)
• Strong communication skills with members
• Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.\
• High school education is a plus
• Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality
• Some weekends would be required; mostly a Monday-Friday Job
• Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
