Job Requirements:

We are currently seeking a receptionist and general office assistant who is experienced, talented and resourceful. The position will be working directly under the executives of the company, and will provide s upport through various general office, administrative, and real estate tasks.

Responsibilities will include preparing correspondence, arranging meetings and coordinating schedules, answering phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining files, and other general office duties. The candidates must have the ability to learn and follow directions in a timely manner.
