You will find yourself embedded into their culture and building relationships all across the organisation. We are looking for someone who has a passion for recruitment, thrives in finding the right people for the right roles and ensures that the quality of hires is continuously improved.Here are the key responsibilities:- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners, candidates and our outsourced preferred suppliers (PSL).- Ensure we have talent pipelines existing to meet the future resource requirements of the business.- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the departments you look after, so you are kept up to date with what it is Thames Water are looking for with their recruitment requirements.- Work in close conjunction with the other Resourcing Business Partners on our team. We can then share best practice and ensure that a consistent approach is adopted across Thames Water.- Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive experience to our candidates at all times.- Direct source and recruit well-qualified applicants from a variety of sources, including profiling and head hunting, sourcing via LinkedIn and various job boards (both permanent and contract).- Conduct in-depth telephone assessments of potential candidates through comprehensive interviewing and work history review.- Ensuring that we do vacancy briefings for each role to the best of our potential, this will allow us to know what it is we need to do for each role we recruit.- Have a recruitment strategy agreed with each Recruiting Manager to abide with set SLA's and KPI's.- Managing up to 40 permanent roles at one time, as well as contract positions within your business area.What we are looking forTo be successful in this role you must be able to prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will need to have some recruitment experience, whether this is from a branch or preferably in-house. Experience of direct sourcing all different levels of candidates and securing placements in short time scales is essential, as well as experience of liaising with external agencies and off site clients.You will need to be fully PC literate on MS Office and be able to pick up new systems with ease. At Thames Water we work with SAP and a bespoke applicant tracking system, so if you have worked on a similar system before this will help support your application.
