Zurich/RCIS is currently looking for a Seasonal Crop Adjuster, temporary role with flexible hours to work out of the northern border along Highway 2 in Montana. This incumbent will work from a home-based office. Approximately 50% travel is expected to cover the territory.
The ideal candidate will need to live and service in the following counties within Montana: Blaine, Hill, Phillips, and Valley.

What does the day to day look like?
Working from home, being out on a farm in your community/assigned territory.
Investigate, evaluate, and conclude field inspections by following regulatory and company rules and procedures.
Ensuring that claims are handled in the most effective, efficient way while delivering a customer-centric level of claims service.
Our ideal candidate will live in the following areas:
The person must reside within 100 miles of the following cities - This territory will also include surrounding cities of Malta, Havre, and Glasgow and the counties of Blaine, Hill, Phillips, and Valley.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area
Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained with 180 days of hire date.
Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory
Valid Driver's License
RCIS Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements: walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet, lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying temperatures/weather conditions.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
