Location: Clear Lake, WI

Pay Range: $15-$18/hr.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6a-2p (Mon-Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 2p-10p (Mon-Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 10p-6a (Mon-Fri)
• Weekend Shift: 6a-6p (Fri/Sat/Sun)

What You'll Do:

• Perform essential tasks such as masking/demasking and inspecting products using specified methods and materials with small hand tools and microscopes.
• Ensure the quality of your work by conducting thorough inspections.
• Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling protocols when necessary.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.

Requirements:

• Strong work history with reliable references.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English proficiently.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions as well as communicate production results.
• Basic math skills are essential.
