Leidos National Security Sector invites you to take on a key role in our Military Intelligence Program, supporting the USAF Air Combat Command's ISR mission at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE), VA. This position offers you the chance to make a significant impact while advancing military intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Be the SIGINT Authority: Act as the go-to expert, collaborating with senior leaders to create, assess, prioritize, and validate new and existing DCGS SIGINT requirements that influence the future of intelligence operations.
Lead a Collaborative Team: Manage the efforts of 480 ISRW SMEs and specialized groups. Conduct comprehensive SIGINT capability gap analyses and validate access for executing the AF DCGS SIGINT mission effectively.
Innovate through Technology: Work closely with MAJCOM and 480 ISRW staff to incorporate cutting-edge technologies, sensors, and emerging data sources, enhancing our operational effectiveness.
Guide Strategic Efforts: Coordinate with MAJCOM program managers on evolving mission requirements and changes. Review essential programming documents and directives, ensuring clear communication and guidance for mission success.
What We're Looking For
Strong SIGINT Background: A Bachelor's degree combined with over 6 years of experience in multi-domain SIGINT operations, establishing a solid foundation in tactical and strategic intelligence.
Diverse Operational Knowledge: Proven experience in multi-domain SIGINT operations and fusion applications, with familiarity in AF Distributed Common Ground System Analysis and Exploitation Team (AET) operations.
Creative Problem Solver: Familiarity with initiatives like Open Architecture, Disposition of Forces (DOF), Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Multi-Source Correlation System (MSCS), Thresher, and SNAPGLASS, which are essential for crafting innovative, sensor-agnostic solutions.
Effective Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, facilitating smooth collaboration with AF DCGS stakeholders, whether independently or as part of a team, particularly in developing urgent ISR solutions.
Certified and Cleared: Completion of a DoD or IC specialized SIGINT career field certification and eligibility for a current TS/SCI security clearance, underscoring your trusted expertise.
Technical Skills: Acquaintance with manned and unmanned ISR platforms, sensor operating parameters, AF DCGS TTPs, and relevant DoD/IC directives, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bonus Attributes
Understanding of Air Force Requirements Management: Knowledge of Air Force Requirements Management processes is highly desirable.
Recent AF DCGS Experience: Hands-on experience within AF DCGS operations within the last 5 years will distinguish you.
Familiarity with Tools: Experience with Jira, Serena, and Rex can enhance mission execution.

Pay Range: Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
