Rather than paying for these education and training opportunities, you will be compensated while you acquire essential job skills! In the Army National Guard, you will earn a regular paycheck and be eligible for tuition assistance as you learn.

Your training as a Small Arms and Artillery Maintenance Specialist consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you'll develop fundamental Soldiering skills, followed by 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training that combines classroom learning with practical fieldwork.

Requirements

• Must enlist in the Army National Guard
• At least a junior in high school, or possess a high school diploma or GED
• Aged between 17 and 35
