As a Stepdown Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients who are transitioning between critical and general hospital settings. Our Stepdown Nurses enjoy a rewarding experience where they can make a significant impact on patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Carefully evaluating and monitoring each patient’s progress, identifying any sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.
  • Calculating drug dosages accurately, titrating medication as needed, administering continuous medication infusions, and meticulously monitoring patients for effects of medications.
  • Collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Shift: 3x12 Nights
