The Strategy Advisor for Innovation Portfolio plays a crucial role in managing the product lifecycle for assigned healthcare products, reporting directly to a Behavioral Health portfolio director. This position is pivotal in executing the product strategy developed by the portfolio director, transforming high-level vision into actionable product delivery. Collaborating across various business units, the advisor will build and lead diverse teams to ensure successful design and delivery, maintain alignment of efforts, and drive the timely and effective launch of products.
In this role, you will take ownership of multiple products and oversee the critical steps needed to transition from ideation to reality. You will identify necessary resources throughout the product lifecycle, remove barriers, provide guidance to ensure adherence to timelines, and interface with stakeholders and customers to ensure product alignment with needs and expectations. You will utilize data to inform decision-making and share outcomes transparently with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing product team, including direct reports and cross-functional team members.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product vision for each assigned product.
Collaborate with the portfolio director to translate vision into actionable steps for the product lifecycle.
Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and high quality throughout the product development process.
Evaluate product outcomes in terms of financial performance, operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Exhibit professionalism and foster collaboration to enhance brand image.
Communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Expertise in product-led models and processes.
Experience in managing individuals and teams to achieve high-quality outcomes on time.
Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to manage concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders.
Clear and professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
Independently motivated with a strong sense of urgency in execution.

Work From Home Requirements
Must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem connection for home office work. Associates in California will have their internet expenses reimbursed.
A minimum internet speed of 25x10 (25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet services are not permitted for this role.
A dedicated workspace free from interruptions is necessary to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Interview Format
We will be using innovative interviewing technology from HireVue. If selected for the next steps, you will be invited to participate in a pre-recorded Voice Interview or an SMS Text Messaging interview. The Voice Interview will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Travel: This position is remote, but occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be necessary.

Compensation Range
The salary range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. Pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year.
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
