Normal hours are: Monday 3-9pm, Tuesdays 2:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays 2-8pm, Fridays 2-8pm, Saturdays 8-4. Hours may change based on appointments or needs in the house.

As a Support Specialist, you will provide essential guidance and support to individuals as they develop crucial daily living skills and engage in life activities that promote their independence.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Encouraging the development of essential daily living skills in a nurturing environment;

- Ensuring the comfort and safety of those we support while attending to their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs;
- Providing emotional support and handling general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry tasks.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid U.S. driver's license is required, where applicable.
- This role involves frequent physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, and bending, and may include kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, squatting, and balancing.
- Requires consistent reaching between knee and shoulder level, frequent reaching below knee level and overhead.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds is necessary, as well as frequent push/pull requiring up to 40 pounds of force and the ability to safely transfer 50 pounds.
