If you're passionate about empowering others to take control of their health and wellbeing, we want you on our team! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Wellness Coach. A valid driver's license and access to personal transport are required as you'll be delivering services throughout Buckinghamshire.

Your Role:
As a Wellness Coach, you will provide tailored support to individuals, helping them set and achieve health-promoting goals. Your focus will be on facilitating lifestyle behavior changes in areas such as:
- Healthy Eating and Nutrition
- Smoking Cessation
- Physical Activity
- Weight Management
- Alcohol Consumption
- NHS Health Checks (outreach)
You will deliver personalized coaching to individuals and groups via face-to-face, telephonic, and digital means, ensuring comprehensive support aligned with community needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting triage and assessments
- Setting agendas for sessions
- Providing lifestyle behavior change support
- Facilitating problem-solving and motivational interviewing
- Goal setting and signposting as necessary
- Engaging in community outreach initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
- Managing caseloads effectively and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant health coaching qualification
- Minimum six months of direct health coaching experience
- Proven experience in delivering behavior change interventions
- Ability to support vulnerable individuals through the change process
Desirable Qualifications:
- Membership in a professional body (ICF, EMCC, etc.)
- Experience supervising teams or individuals
- Relevant degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
